We are so proud to announce you that all our handmade chocolates are produced by Elisabetta Passafaro in our Brussels store under the brand "Chocomeli".
At The Belgian Chocolate Makers, we clearly put quality before quantity.
We only use Van Dender chocolate to create our dark, white and milk chocolates (bean to bar).
To elaborate and produce our ruby chocolates, we use the RB1 from Barry Callebaut.
No tricks, no lies, no secrets. We guarantee our handmade chocolates to be 100% made in Brussels.
