Our chocolaterie is still very young, only five years old, yet the journey we have already accomplished feels extraordinary. What began as a small artisanal adventure, born from passion and determination, has grown into a respected chocolate house recognized far beyond anything we could have imagined in the beginning.
Behind this growth lies something far more important than numbers or expansion: a team united by passion, resilience, and an unwavering belief in authentic craftsmanship. We may remain a small team, but every person behind The Belgian Chocolate Makers brings incredible energy, creativity, dedication, and heart into this adventure.
Each member contributes their own talent and personality: artisanal know-how, innovation, attention to detail, respect for tradition, and a constant desire to push boundaries while remaining faithful to the values that define us. Day after day, this shared commitment transforms simple cacao beans into chocolates carrying meaning, emotion, and identity.

In just a few short years, we have managed to turn this collective passion into a true engine of growth. We have learned continuously, overcome challenges, built strong relationships with farmers and partners around the world, welcomed thousands of visitors into our workshops, and proven that even a small independent chocolaterie can achieve remarkable things when driven by conviction, teamwork, and authenticity.

- Chocolate Shop Manager (M/F/X) – a motivated, customer-oriented person who loves sharing the passion for artisan bean-to-bar chocolate.
- Polyvalent assistant (M/F/X) – a well organized and team worker person who enjoy helping our team of chocolate makers.
- Administrative Assistant for the Chinese Market (M/F/X) – a well organized and intuitive motivated Chinese person who will help us developing our expansion in Hainan.
- Student jobs – dynamic and friendly students to help in our shops, at the cash register, and during our chocolate workshops.
At The Belgian Chocolate Makers, every single day is a new adventure driven by passion, creativity, and the love of authentic chocolate. From welcoming visitors into our boutiques in the heart of Brussels to hosting immersive chocolate workshops, we are proud to share our vision of ethical, traceable, and truly artisanal chocolate with people from all around the world.
In 2025 alone, more than 35,000 participants joined our workshops, discovering the fascinating journey from cacao bean to Belgian chocolate bar while creating unforgettable memories with our team of certified chocolatiers. What makes us especially proud is that beyond the chocolate itself, we are able to share values of transparency, sustainability, craftsmanship, and human connection.
What started as a small bean-to-bar adventure has now become an international journey. With our growing operations in Dublin and London, and our ambitious expansion to China in 2026, including the development of a bean-to-bar discovery and training center in Hainan, we are preparing to bring the spirit of Belgian chocolate making to an even wider audience.
And yet, despite this growth, our mission remains exactly the same: crafting honest chocolate with respect for the farmers, the cacao, and the people who share this adventure with us.

We craft Belgian chocolate in the heart of Brussels, but our story has never been limited by borders. Our founder is French, our head chocolate maker and co-founder is Italian, and our team reflects roots and cultures from across the world: Madagascar, Albania, Iran, Poland, Spain, Thailand, and beyond. This diversity is not simply part of our identity; it is one of our greatest strengths. It shapes the way we think, create, collaborate, and connect with the world around us.

In close collaboration with our trusted importer, Silva Cacao, we have curated more than twelve outstanding cacao origins to create a unique collection of chocolate bars, each crafted with 75% cacao content. While they share the same percentage, every bar reveals a distinct flavor profile shaped by its origin.
