Brussels Gourmand: one weekend, ten chocolatiers
Brussels is often called the capital of chocolate, and anyone who lives here knows why. But beyond the reputation lies a more nuanced question: where can you truly experience exceptional chocolate? Which artisans craft remarkable pralines? Where are the workshops still alive behind the boutiques? And is it still possible to meet those who work directly from the cocoa bean?
Over the course of one weekend, we invite you to discover ten remarkable chocolatiers across the city, including our own workshop. Each address offers a distinct expression of chocolate, rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and tradition. Along the way, you will be able to taste pralines and other sweet creations, meet the artisans behind them, and, in some cases, glimpse the different stages of production.
Practical information
Before exploring the list of participating chocolatiers, here is everything you need to know to make the most of your visit.
The event is free of charge, but registration is required. To ensure a pleasant experience for both visitors and shop owners, the number of participants is limited. To register, click here.
Tastings will take place on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We recommend checking the individual opening hours of each chocolatier in advance. Our store is opened from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Please note: one registration grants access to one tasting per shop. Chocolatiers reserve the right to decline additional tastings to visitors who have already participated, so that everyone may enjoy the experience.
All ten participating chocolatiers are located in the heart of Brussels city centre, within easy walking distance. We will be very happy to show you how we create our chocolate from the beans.
