The Belgian Chocolate makers

From cacao to chocolate, from us to you !

We are not just chocolate makers; we are roasting our cacao beans in our premises located in the heart of Brussels, we are a true certified handcraft chocokate maker. Every bean we source is carefully roasted, refined and transformed in our Brussels workshop. From the very first crack of the cacao bean to the final glossy shine of the chocolate bar, every step of the journey happens here, in our hands, in our city. This is bean-to-bar, made with passion, honesty and integrity.

Where chocolate tells a true story.

Enter an authentic bean-to-bar atelier where every step is real — roasting, grinding, tempering — and craft chocolates that carry meaning, not just flavour.

From bean to bliss and crafted in the heart of Brussels.

Every chocolate we create begins with a cacao bean, never with industrial mass chocolate. From roasting to refining, every step happens under our roof, guided by passion, precision, and a love for authenticity. Inside our small atelier in central Brussels, the aroma of freshly ground cacao fills the air as our chocolatiers transform pure beans into silky creations. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just true craftsmanship. Proudly certified by the Belgian government, we carry the title of authentic handcraft chocolate makers, a recognition of our dedication to preserving real Belgian savoir-faire.

Because real chocolate should have a story, a soul, and a heartbeat. 🍫💛

Together we share and cooperate, but above all, ensure that value is returned to producers.

Proud member of

Les Chocolatiers Engagés

Going beyond the traditional mechanisms of fair trade, the initiative seeks to push the boundaries even further. Its ambition is not only to guarantee fairer prices, but to rethink the entire ecosystem of chocolate by bringing together, for the very first time, every link in the chain from cocoa producers and fermenters to importers, chocolatiers, retailers, and consumers.

By uniting the sector from bean to bar, Les Chocolatiers Engagés builds a cocoa industry where responsibilities are shared, decisions are made collectively, and improvements benefit everyone. Its mission is clear: to drive long-lasting, structural change in the practices of the cocoa world ensuring fair incomes, preserving biodiversity, and strengthening the social and economic resilience of farming communities.

Climate change, low producer wages, quality denigrated on the international market... The cocoa industry faces many challenges. Whether on a human or environmental level, it is the entire ecosystem of cocoa cultivation that suffers from these imbalances.

That is why we are committed to producing excellent chocolate and sourcing ethical cocoa, harvested in conditions that are respectful of the environment, but also respectful of the men and women who work in the cacao industry.
